Reflexology is the practice of massaging parts of the feet, and sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body and to improve general health.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

Prenatal Massage shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.
